Here at ISS, as one of the UK's leading Facilities Management (FM) providers, we are looking to recruit an enthusiastic graduate professional looking to develop within the Sustainability space to join our central function Sustainability team.
Here, working with the Sustainability team you will support the delivery of Sustainability services to various clients, including Energy, Waste, Decarbonisation etc by monitoring the performance of these services, by reviewing KPIs and SLAs plus end client feedback
The role is very much around Product/Service performance, analysing Data and providing risk mitigation plans if the targets are not being met.
The clients will range from Banking to Government, these are major customers with a large UK estate.
This is a fantastic role for someone looking to advance their skills in a major company within Sustainability and Product Performance
Actions will include:
* Collect, validate and maintain product and service KPIs and performance data across accounts.
* Prepare clear performance dashboards and reports to support delivery managers and Heads of Function in understanding trends and issues.
* Ensure operational / delivery teams know what data is required and support them in submitting accurate information.
* Carry out basic data-quality checks and highlight inconsistencies or risks to the data team.
* Translate data into simple insights that help delivery teams and Heads of Function identify gaps, under performance or emerging issues.
* Support local teams in following agreed sustainability processes and KPI requirements.
* Escalate service gaps, risks or barriers that could impact delivery.
* Design standardised processes, methods and templates that support consistent sustainability delivery and roll out updates to toolkits, reporting templates, and performance processes across accounts.
We need from you:
* Some clear experience within a Product or Project type role and/or Sustainability knowledge
