Key responsibilities
* Processing timesheets and preparing monthly payroll information for accountants.
* Preparing all creditor payments.
* Onboarding of new employees.
* Processing sales invoices and monthly statements.
* Processing expense claims from employees.
* Managing insurance renewals for fleet vehicles.
* Maintaining all fuel card records.
The ideal candidate
* Knowledge of SAGE 50 would be an advantage.
* Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday.
* 25+ bank holidays.
* On-site parking at an excellent Bolton-based location.
