New Opportunity – Post Operative (Dispatch Team)
Recruit 2 You is working with a well-established UK manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Post Operative to join their busy Dispatch team.
As the new Post Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time. You'll be working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, supporting daily production targets and helping deliver high-quality products nationwide.

As The New Post Operative, You Will
Meet and exceed daily targets set by the Packing Team Leader and Manufacturing Manager
Work collaboratively within a supportive Dispatch team
Handle incoming mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing items for dispatch
Use in-house systems alongside Royal Mail platforms to manage delivery notes and postage
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail across all packing and postal tasks
Work independently when required and proactively resolve day-to-day challenges
Thrive under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
Requirements for this role:
Strong experience in a similar role.
Confident IT user with the ability to learn new systems quickly
Positive, enthusiastic, and reliable team player
Strong attention to detail with pride in producing high-quality work
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Good communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

About this role:
Salary for this role is £12.22 per hour
Working Hours
36.5 hours per week
Monday–Thursday: 8:30am–4:30pm
Friday: 8:30am–3:30pm
Two unpaid 15-minute breaks per day
