About the Company This is a well-established and growing M&E Building Services contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality mechanical installations across the commercial, healthcare, education, and residential sectors. The Role You will support the delivery of mechanical building services projects from initial handover through to completion, working closely with senior project managers and directors. Projects are typically located across the South Coast and London, involving a mix of refurbishment and new build works. Typical mechanical packages include plantroom installations, HVAC systems, pipework, and public health services. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone developing within a Project Manager position, with clear progression and increasing responsibility as you gain experience.
