Family Time Centre Manager | 8153 | permanent contract | 37 hours per week | £36,124 to £37,938 per annum | Grade I | Great Yarmouth
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate manager to join our team as a Family Time Centre Manager in Great Yarmouth.
This is a pivotal role within the Community Assessment and Family Time Service, focused on promoting safe, high-quality Family Time between children in care and their families.
You will take overall responsibility for responding to referrals and maintaining a complex and busy schedule of Family Time sessions for your centre.
You will supervise a team of Family Time Supervisors who provide Family Time sessions that contribute to assessments and future care planning, as well as Business Support staff essential to our service.
You will ensure the smooth running of the Family Time Centre, adhering to health and safety regulations, and promoting a welcoming environment for families to spend safe, quality time together.
