What You’ll Be Doing: Championing continuous improvement across our manufacturing processes Applying Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and boost efficiency Leading and supporting cross-functional projects with teams from Operations, IT, Tooling, Supply Chain, and Maintenance Investigating new methods and layouts to improve throughput and flexibility Tackling production challenges head-on with structured problem-solving techniques Analysing performance data and turning insights into action Supporting equipment maintenance and ensuring everything runs like clockwork Keeping our SAP master data for tooling and equipment up to date What We’re Looking For: A minimum of HND in a mechanical discipline (CAD experience is a big plus!) Proven track record in driving process improvement using tools such as Pareto analysis, DMAIC, and OEE. Experience applying structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5 Whys, 8D). Strong understanding of metal component processing and surface finishing operations, particularly for aerospace components. Skilled in interpreting engineering drawings and applying metrology principles. Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
