Your new role
This position offers autonomy. As a Tax Manager, you will lead client engagement efforts and help attract new clients to the firm. You will work within a team and manage junior staff to achieve organizational goals. You should have experience advising clients on tax-related matters to maximize efficiency.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will be:
- AAT/CTA qualified (or hold relevant qualifications)
- Experienced in managerial roles within practice firms
- Proven track record of winning new clients
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Experienced in managing and coaching junior staff
- Skilled in marketing your firm to potential clients
