Your Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager, you will:

Hold full operational and regulatory responsibility for the home

Lead on all CQC compliance, audits, and service improvement plans
*
Build and inspire a high-performing care team focused on person-centred care
*
Drive occupancy through reputation, care quality, and positive engagement with families and professionals
*
Work closely with clinical leads to ensure best practice in nursing care delivery
*
Identify training needs and upskill your staff to meet current care demands
*
Manage budgets effectively while ensuring excellence in care provision
*
Champion dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing for every resident

You’ll need:

Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a nursing home setting (minimum 2 years preferred)
*
A valid nursing PIN
*
A track record of improving or stabilising services with demonstrable outcomes
*
Strong understanding of CIW regulations, safeguarding, and governance
*
Experience supporting residents with dementia/EMI needs
*
Natural leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and motivate staff
*
Commercial awareness and the ability to manage budgets, occupancy, and KPIs
*
A strong grasp of clinical and care delivery, especially in regulated environment
