I'm supporting a client of mine with a Business Analyst requirement as part of a significant ERP Implementation Project, with this role specifically having a key focus on the HR Transformation. Job Title: Business Analyst - Oracle ERP HR Transformation Location: London, Hybrid/Remote Day-to-Day: Facilitate workshops and gather functional business requirements Review RFPs and support vendor evaluation where required Collaborate closely with HR, IT, and project teams to define and document processes Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams Support delivery across HR workstreams Contribute to overall ERP HR transformation planning and execution Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Analyst within HR, ERP, or large-scale transformation Strong skills in requirements gathering, workshops, process documentation, and stakeholder management Strong understanding of HR processes and systems (Oracle ERP/HCM) McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
