We are seeking a Fleet, Training, and Compliance Coordinator to join our team within the Capital, Maintenance, and Inspection (CMI) team. You will oversee training, fleet and plant management, driving behavior initiatives, and equipment compliance.
This is a part-time, office-based role requiring 16 hours per week. You can choose to work two full days (likely Tuesday and Wednesday) or three shorter days (Monday to Wednesday).
Responsibilities include:
* Maintaining accurate records and managing fleet, equipment, and instrument compliance activities within CMI; supporting CMI Managers in achieving team objectives.
* Driving productivity by informing staff about key performance metrics, analyzing root causes of missed targets, implementing corrective actions, and sharing insights to foster continuous improvement.
* Coordinating external training for over 500 colleagues and ensuring internal training aligns with compliance requirements.
* Prioritizing internal customer needs to deliver exceptional service and value, exceeding customer and regulatory expectations.
* Collaborating with CMI Managers and SSE Fleet Services to ensure operational excellence.
Requirements:
* Proven safety, service, and efficiency focus, with strong communication skills and ability to simplify complex messages.
* Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and analytical skills; ability to enforce policies and procedures.
* Confidence engaging with colleagues at all levels, proactive in driving solutions and contributing to projects.
* Supportive attitude towards individuals, guiding them to relevant policies when needed.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications; experience with SharePoint is advantageous.
* Full, current driving license is essential.
