You’ll:
Sales & Business Development
* Grow existing customer accounts
* Build and manage key customer accounts
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Cross-sell products and services
* Track competitor activity and market trends
Branch Collaboration
* Work closely with Branch & Area Managers
* Share pipeline activity and market insights
* Support branches in converting sales opportunities
* Conduct joint supplier/customer visits
* Promote new products and initiatives
* Maintain strong product and market knowledge
Planning & Performance
* Maintain structured call plans
* Manage and update sales pipeline
* Track key performance metrics
Credit Management
* Ensure customers stay within credit terms
* Work with Credit Control on accounts
* Resolve queries to minimise risk
What We’re Looking For
Experience
* Proven track record in sales growth
* Field-based sales or account management experience
* Strong commercial awareness (pricing & margin)
* Experience winning new business
* Industry knowledge (plumbing/heating preferred)
