We are seeking a highly creative and performance-driven Motion Graphics Designer with a strong background in marketing, advertising, and B2C app growth. In this role, you’ll create engaging video content that directly supports paid acquisition strategies, drives app installs, and enhances brand awareness across digital platforms. You’ll work closely with our performance and growth marketing teams to develop motion assets that are optimized for performance, storytelling, and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conceptualize, design, and animate short-form motion graphics and video ads for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and programmatic channels.
* Create compelling visuals focused on driving app installs, retention, and in-app engagement.
* Collaborate closely with our marketers to produce A/B test variations based on creative performance data (CTR, CVR, CPI, ROAS).
* Translate marketing goals and brand messaging into high-performing video assets that resonate with B2C audiences.
* Work cross-functionally with creative, product, and copy teams to ensure consistency and alignment across campaigns.
* Stay on top of creative trends in mobile marketing, app install ads, and social-first content.
* Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in motion graphics or video design, with a strong focus on B2C performance marketing.
* Proven track record creating video ads or animations that drive mobile app installs.
* Expert in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator. Experience with Figma or Lottie animations is a plus.
* Strong understanding of mobile-first content formats, especially vertical video.
* Data-aware mindset with an understanding of creative testing and optimization.
* Ability to work quickly and iterate based on feedback or performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working with consumer apps in categories like lifestyle, gaming, health, finance, or e-commerce.
* Familiarity with mobile ad platforms and creative specs (Meta Ads Manager, Google UAC, TikTok Ads, etc.).
* Experience with 2D character animation, kinetic typography, and sound design.
* Basic knowledge of performance metrics (CPI, CAC, LTV) and how they impact creative decisions.
