The Role
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will provide key insight and data‑driven support across the customer supply chain to enable us to make the best business decisions. You will drive efficiency and cost‑effective delivery of products and services, identify areas for improvement, help develop solutions, and work with colleagues to implement changes. You’ll provide accurate reporting and insights, help identify needs and requirements, interpret patterns and trends in data, and produce standard and non‑standard statistical and data analysis.
* Produce performance dashboards and reports to aid data visualisation
* Highlight supply chain initiatives and address issues
* Produce reports and charts to communicate trends better
* Provide regular updates
* Monitor and track KPIs
* Maintain knowledge of industry trends and best practices
* Research and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors
About You
To be considered as a 4PL Supply Chain Analyst, you will need:
* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a supply chain and/or logistics environment
* Advanced Excel skills, with experience and proficiency in using data analysis tools and software (e.g. Power BI, or SAP)
* A good understanding of the principles of the data lifecycle and the steps involved in conducting routine data analysis tasks
* Knowledge of supply chain management and/or logistics principles and best practices
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complicated data to all relevant stakeholders in an effective manner
* Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
