We are hiring a full-time Senior Property Management Assistant based at Chapelworth House, Worthing. The standard workweek is 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Salary ranges from £26,000 to £32,000, including OTE (subject to passing probation).
Responsibilities
* Supervise and lead the administrative team, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality support services.
* Delegate tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of duties.
* Act as the main contact between senior management and the admin team.
* Troubleshoot operational issues and implement solutions to streamline processes.
* Data entry, project, and audit-based tasks.
* Send correspondence to tenants and landlords.
* Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks such as invoicing, utility bills, notices, and contractor onboarding.
Skills we are looking for
* A confident, self-motivated individual with excellent customer care skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to build strong business relationships and solve problems effectively.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Highly organized.
* Experience with Fixflo is beneficial.
