Role Overview
The Sport Department has over 1000 full‑time learners across levels 1 to 3. We are seeking an Administrator to provide an excellent administrative service to learners, staff, parents and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Log absences and monitor daily attendance to lessons.
- Identify at‑risk learners within the area.
- Ensure all learners have relevant work experience/RWE recorded accurately on the system.
- Run data reports to support curriculum managers in improving the quality of provision.
- Develop new systems and working practices to keep administrative functions efficient and effective.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Sports‑related degree or equivalent.
- Good administrative experience with excellent organisational skills.
- Track record of working successfully with a wide range of staff.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in data handling and Excel functions (essential).
