In the heart of Derby City which has been lovingly restored to provide residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities, Acquired Brain injuries and Complex Health needs. The home will provide services 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and will have appropriate on-call and a management process in place to support the service. The home will provide a bespoke Person-Centred service focusing on promoting choice and independence for everyone. Our emphasis is on creating a better quality of life for people with disabilities by providing planned holistic services to suit the needs of each individual and support their personal growth and independence. Shift Variations: 7.00-15.00 / 14.30 - 22.00 / 21.30 - 07.30
