What You'll Be Doing
Building long-term relationships and understanding client objectives
Owning and managing a portfolio of client accounts
Acting as one of the main points of contact for clients
Ensuring solutions are delivered effectively and to a high standard
Working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
Training & Progression
Structured onboarding and ongoing account management training
Coaching and mentoring from senior Account Managers
Clear progression into commercial positions
