Contract Snowflake Data Engineer
£400-£450/day | Outside IR35 | 3 months initial | Remote | Start ASAP
Immediate contract opportunity for an experienced Snowflake Data Engineer to join a UK-based consultancy client on a client-facing data platform project.
Key Requirements
* 4+ years hands-on with Snowflake data platform (SQL, Python)
* GitHub workflows and CI/CD experience
* OpenFlow experience (Snowflake-hosted preferred)
* Building event-driven ingestion pipelines on AWS (SNS, S3, Lambda, etc.)
* DBT Core / DBT projects (not Cloud)
* Data reconciliation expertise
* Strong client-facing communication skills
Nice-to-haves:
* Amazon Redshift experience
* Data platform migrations (Redshift to Snowflake preferred)
