Parking Consultant
Are you passionate about improving how our streets and public spaces work for everyone? We’re looking for a Parking Consultant to help deliver innovative, sustainable parking and kerbside management projects across the UK.
About the role
As a Parking Consultant, you’ll support the design and delivery of a wide range of parking, kerbside, and traffic management schemes. Working as part of a friendly, multidisciplinary team, you’ll contribute to every stage of the project - from data collection and analysis through to design and implementation.

What you’ll do:
* Support the design and delivery of parking and kerbside management schemes
* Assist with surveys, data analysis, and preparation of reports and drawings
* Produce design drawings using AutoCAD and other software tools
* Work closely with senior consultants, engineers, and clients to deliver successful outcomes
* Contribute to bids, proposals, and project documentation
* Ensure work is delivered accurately, efficiently, and to agreed timescales
About You
Qualifications & Memberships:
* Degree or equivalent qualification in transport planning, civil engineering, geography, or a related field
* Working towards (or interested in working towards) membership with a relevant professional body such as CIHT, IHE, or BPA
Skills & Experience:
* Some experience or knowledge of parking design, traffic management, or transport planning (e.g. from placements, internships, or early career roles)
* Proficient in AutoCAD (or eager to learn)
* Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
* Good written and verbal communication
* A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving
