Assistant Head Chef up to £14.25 per hour plus Tronc and Benefits
As Assistant Head Chef you will be a senior part of the kitchen team, with the ability to run the kitchen in the head chef’s absence. You will demonstrate great leadership and a passion for food.

What will you be doing?
* Step into the Head Chef’s shoes while they’re away, run the kitchen and lead the team to deliver exceptional food, ensuring maximum profitability.
* Be passionate about our food, know the menu and specifications inside out, work across any section, and share this passion with your team.
* Plan for shifts, ensuring the right level of food is prepared, and delegate duties to the team.
* Collaborate with the whole restaurant team to deliver great times for our customers and take pride in the presentation and quality of food from your kitchen.
* Keep the restaurant and kitchen looking fabulous at all times, meeting the standards set out in our policies, processes and guidelines.
