A top 100 law firm is currently seeking a Residential Property Associate to join their team in South West London.The Role:You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Re-mortgages
* Deeds of Variation of Leases
* Transfers of Equity
The Ideal Candidate:
* A qualified Residential Property Solicitor or Conveyancer (3 years’ PQE plus)
* Strong technical expertise in residential conveyancing
* Initiative, enthusiasm, and commercial awareness
* A team-oriented approach with excellent communication skills
* A proven ability to meet fee and time targets
* A strong track record in business development and marketing
