Role Overview:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. This role requires a hands-on professional with experience in hospitality or retail marketing, capable of managing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns, including social media, email, in-store promotions, and local partnerships
Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints
Analyse campaign performance and customer data to optimise marketing efforts
Manage content creation, including copywriting, visuals, and promotional materials
Collaborate with operations teams to support new launches, seasonal campaigns, and events
Build relationships with local businesses, influencers, and media outlets
Manage marketing budgets and track ROI
Lead and support junior marketing team members or external agencies where applicable
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within hospitality, retail, or a similar customer-focused sector
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, and email marketing
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Analytical mindset with experience using marketing tools and reporting platforms
Creative thinker with a strong eye for branding and customer experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
