Key duties include: Managing day-to-day warehouse operations Supervising and motivating a team of warehouse staff Overseeing goods in, goods out, and stock control processes Ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy Maintaining health & safety standards and conducting audits Investigating stock discrepancies and implementing solutions Driving continuous improvement across warehouse operations Managing vehicle loading and dispatch operations Requirements Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Good understanding of warehouse operations and stock control Experience working in a fast-paced logistics or distribution environment Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations IT literate with experience using warehouse systems Forklift licences (Counterbalance/Reach) beneficial Full UK Driving Licence preferred Working Hours & Benefits 42.5 hours per week Rotating shifts between 05:00 - 18:00 25 days holiday bank holidays Pension scheme Ongoing training and development Long-term progression opportunities Apply Now If you're a driven Warehouse Supervisor looking to join a growing global logistics business with real career prospects, apply today.
