Our DGI Study Trips (DST) division specialises in educational group travel, working in partnership with Colleges, Universities and other education providers, to tailor bespoke study experiences and travel itineraries to inspire students outside of the classroom.

We are currently looking for a Marketing & Communications Executive to be the key member of our Marketing & Communications Department. This is a role contributing to a variety of tasks across the entire Marketing mix. You will effectively execute a range of marketing campaigns and deliver marketing strategies across our global websites and emails, to deliver revenue growth and customer engagement; with support from the CRM Manager, you will:
* Build, segment and schedule customer email communications to our global audiences
* Introduce segmentation strategies, customer journeys and targeted email marketing communications
* Coordinate and respond to day-to-day requests from internal stakeholders via our job ticketing system
* Contribute to website content development, by creating itineraries, writing blogs, sourcing case studies and updating/amending website content as required
* Update and maintain company social media channels with fresh, relevant, and captivating content, taking a test and learn approach to media and optimisation
* Support the Head of Marketing with the organisation of industry events, including liaising with external partners and other internal departments
Skills Required:
* Recent experience acquired in a similar role of building email campaigns to a brief
* Experience of segmenting data to ensure appropriate communication with each of a variety of different audiences
* Demonstrable, recent experience of creating and publishing effective, attention-grabbing social media content on a variety of channels
* Customer-focused (both internally and externally), organised, and have exceptional attention to detail
* Strong data analytical skills with the ability to run and analyse reports
* Proactive team-player comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with many priorities
* Understanding and appreciation of GDPR regulations and following protocols for managing data
* Exceptional standard of written and spoken English and a developed ability to copy write to a fixed TOV
* Additional European language (Dutch/ German) capabilities would be advantageous
