KeyResponsibilities?
* Deliver top-tier customer service.
* Sell tickets and services professionally and efficiently.
* Maintain ticket machines and complete accountancy tasks.
What You Need?
* Strong customer service skills.
* A proactive attitude and confidence in decision-making.
* Attention to detail and good numerical ability.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Hours?
The working schedule is 24 hours per week, including bank holidays, and follows a two-week rotation:
* Week 1: Monday to Wednesday, 06:15 – 14:15
* Week 2: Thursday and Friday, 06:15 – 14:15, and Saturday, 06:15 – 15:15
What to Expect?
* Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a competency-based interview, which is tentatively scheduled for the week beginning 25 August 2025.
* Full training will be provided, including a 2-week training programme in Swindon.
