The Role:
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Conveyancing Admin Assistant to join our team. You will provide vital administrative support to our conveyancing solicitors and help ensure smooth property transactions from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and organising client files, both physical and digital
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions
* Preparing and sending correspondence and legal documentation
* Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems
* Scheduling appointments and meetings
* Assisting the conveyancing team with day-to-day administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a legal or conveyancing environment is preferred, but not essential
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with case management systems is a plus
