We are looking for a Head-level leader to drive the data strategy for CCG, ensuring it meets the needs of both internal and external customers and positions the business as a truly data-driven organisation. The ideal candidate will combine strong people leadership and management skills with hands-on expertise in data, ideally from a data engineering background. In this role, you will work across all departments, alongside supply chain and clients, to enable intelligent, data-driven decisions that support business performance, growth, and entry into new markets. Whilst fostering a data-driven culture through the design and oversight of high-performance metrics that empower teams to deliver exceptional results. While we are seeking candidates at Head of level, this role also offers the potential for further progression. Location : Remote, with the need to attend our offices when required. Salary : Negotiable, please advise your salary expectation in the section provided. Direct Reports : 2 What you will be doing: Deliver agreed performance data and insights to clients. Create new methods of data production outside of the standard numbers-based approach. Develop new platforms and ways of connecting with our clients for data delivery. Lead and manage a team of made up of a Data Analyst and Data Engineer. Ensure the Data and Insight team complies with best practice and SLA requirements. Drive a Data Driven culture across the group. Accountable for Data Hygiene across the team and the group. Be responsible for the Profit and Loss for the Data and Insight team. Create AI solutions to group problems and challenges to increase performance, efficiency, service, and profitability. Deliver and maintain a suite of Data Driven Metrics to manage the performance of each claims function within the group across service, financials, efficiency, and engagement. Drive a High-Performance Culture across the group What we need from you: Experience of managing data within a growing organisation Hands on people management experience. Knowledge of financial acumen and budgeting requirements Excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities Experienced in using PowerBi & Microsoft SQL. Understanding how an ETL process works and how that applies to our market.
