Duties will include:
1. Face to face customer interaction, building a good relationship and rapport with customers ensuring they feel welcome, safe and at home.
2. Responding to resident enquiries over the phone and via email.
3. Booking in prospective residents for viewings and keeping them up to date with progress.
4. Parcel management
5. Key management and arranging access to properties for third parties (agents, contractors, inventory clerks).
6. Inspections of communal areas including cleanliness, hazards or health and safety issues, lighting and following through to ensure completion.
Requirements
7. Previous Customer Service, Reception, Front of House.
8. Experience within property, hospitality, travel or similar would be an advantage.
9. Strong written and verbal English skills.
10. Passionate about customer service.
11. Ability to build relationships.
12. Self-motivated and able to work alone.
