Learning & Development Content Officer Telford Permanent £32,000 - £40,000 Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours per week) We are seeking a proactive and creative Learning & Development professional to support the continued evolution of a well-established organisation’s digital learning and professional development offering. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys transforming technical knowledge into engaging, user-friendly learning content that supports learners at all stages of their career journey; particularly those entering a technical or compliance-led industry for the first time. Over the past few years, the organisation has significantly invested in modernising its learning platforms and training approach, moving away from traditional presentation-led delivery toward a more engaging and interactive digital learning experience. While substantial progress has been made, there remains a large programme of ongoing content redevelopment, enhancement, and continuous improvement.
