The Opportunity As a Brand Executive at Olsam, you will support our portfolio of brands, driving their day-to-day success and long-term growth. You’ll oversee content and creative on listings, marketing tactics, financial performance, inventory, compliance, and customer experience, ensuring each brand operates at its full potential. This role is ideal for someone commercially minded, detail-oriented, and passionate about building brands. You’ll be supported with Brand Managers and cross-functional teams to diagnose challenges, develop action plans, and deliver results. Location & Flexibility Contractor Part-time role, 20 hours per week This position is fully remote Key Responsibilities Analyse Amazon ASIN-level data (sales, conversion rate, page views, costs, etc.) to understand performance trends, identify issues, and support action plans to improve results. Support the development and execution of strategies to increase sales, reduce costs, and drive conversion. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly performance reporting for our brands, working with finance to ensure P&L accuracy. Coordinate with legal on intellectual property issues, product suspensions, or unauthorized sellers. Partner with internal teams on go-to-market plans, product launches, and international expansion. Work closely with supply chain to maintain stock availability, premium product quality, updated packaging, and compliance with required certifications. About You Ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and make recommendations. Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a high level of organization, and impeccable attention to detail. Ability to handle tight deadlines and prioritize work in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. A highly analytical self-starter who can manage multiple projects and figure out complex problems without a lot of oversight. Demonstrated ability to create engaging content, come up with creative ideas, and think outside the box. Positive attitude, reliable, transparent and enjoy working with different types of people.
