As demand grows, we're looking for reliable and hardworking Production Operatives to join our dynamic team. What you'll be doing: Operating machinery and equipment to produce roof tiles to specification Monitoring production lines for quality and efficiency Carrying out routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment Ensuring health & safety standards are followed at all times Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets What we're looking for: Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential) Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment Willingness to learn and take on new tasks A team player with a positive attitude Hours of Work: 12 hour rotating Days and Nights, 4on/4off Rate of Pay: £13.88 per hour (Plus £0.50 per hour shift bonus) The Best Connection is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
