We are a specialist educational travel company, passionate about creating meaningful and enriching travel experiences for schools and students. We are looking for a reliable and organised General Office Administrator to support the smooth running of our business across all aspects of administration
Key Details
Hours: Part-time – 22.5 hours per week (3 days, Mon–Fri)
Salary: National Minimum Wage
Bonus structure available
Location: Primarily working from home, with office attendance required occasionally on request
Main Responsibilities
Providing day-to-day administrative support across the business
Assisting with bookings, travel documentation, and itineraries
Maintaining and expanding databases and digital records
Supporting finance tasks such as invoices and payments
General administration duties as required
What We're Looking For
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Confident IT user (Microsoft Office, email, Excel spreadsheets)
Ability to work independently from home and manage tasks proactively
A flexible, positive attitude and willingness to get involved in varied tasks
