The home supports young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs (SEMH), with a focus on delivering the best possible outcomes in a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. The Role As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the home, supporting young people while ensuring high standards of care and safeguarding are consistently maintained. You will: Lead and support the staff team on shift Build positive and trusting relationships with young people Help create a safe, stable, and supportive home environment Support care planning and daily routines Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Deputise for the Deputy and Registered Managers when required Ensure compliance with Childrens Home Regulations and safeguarding standards We are looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, emotionally intelligent, and capable of inspiring and supporting colleagues through effective leadership.
