Come and join our friendly team as a Technical Support Assistant where you’ll play a key role in delivering expert science support to our internal teams and valued customers for our Philip Harris and Unilab brands. From answering product queries to shaping new science education tools, this is a varied and hands-on role with real impact. This role would ideally suit a candidate who is currently a Science Technician in a School environment.
Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you’ll be the voice of technical confidence and the brain behind technical science content that supports and engages science customers.
