This role focuses on the US Data Center market, working directly with established clients and delivering high-quality candidate sourcing and talent delivery. About the Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will specialise in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates for high-value clients across the United States. This position is focused solely on candidate delivery, with Business Development Consultants managing client relationships. You will become an expert in your specialist market while supporting key hiring needs for leading engineering organisations.
