Job IntroductionAre you an experienced CQC Registered Manager who wants real influence, autonomy and the chance to shape high‑quality sexual health services for local communities?We are looking for a confident and values‑led Sexual Health Service Manager to lead the Cheshire West and Chester Sexual Health Service.This is a senior leadership role where you will take full responsibility for service delivery, people leadership, performance and quality, working closely with our General Manager and Clinical Leads.This role will suit someone with a strong background in health or social care management who enjoys leading multidisciplinary teams, balancing quality with performance, and building services that are accessible, inclusive and genuinely patient‑centred.Package DescriptionYou will join a supportive and experienced leadership team, working across an integrated sexual health service that plays a vital role in improving public health outcomes. You will be accountable for operational delivery, performance, quality, finance and workforce, ensuring services meet contractual, regulatory and patient expectations.You will act as the CQC Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards and maintaining robust governance arrangements.
