About the role: Planning and scheduling trade resources Delivering high level business support and administrative activities Providing advice, support and guidance on repairs and maintenance related issues Maintaining accurate records to enable meaningful and precise key performance indictors and management information About you: Youll need: Experience of working in a repairs and maintenance function Experience working with Salesforce Experience ofscheduling trade resources, administrating repairs and maintaining accurate records Skilled at managing a busy varied workload with changing priorities Well organised with good influencing skills and a keen eye for detail Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook The Benefits: 36 days annual leave (including bank holidays) Opportunity to working from home up to 2 days a week.
