Responsibilities
* Motivate and coach the team to deliver excellent customer service.
* Lead by example in promoting and upselling products.
* Draft rotas in line with payroll budgets.
* Manage stock levels.
* Analyse sales figures & reports.
* Ensure all company standards are implemented and maintained (merchandising, administration).
* Work to targets and hit company KPIs.
* Assist with the recruitment and development of the team.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Store Manager in a fast‑paced, high‑volume retail setting, hands‑on leadership, with experience in retail or a related industry sector.
* Positive and flexible approach with a can‑do attitude.
* Ability to work under pressure in a demanding, fast‑paced environment.
* Confidence and ability to motivate, coach and inspire the team.
* Strong communication skills.
* Methodical, organised and structured approach to work.
* Strong numeracy skills.
