They are currently in search of a dynamic Assistant Manager to join their team and be part of the growth. Responsibilities of theStore Manager in training – Healthy Grab & GO
1. Inspire and lead the team by exemplifying a standard of excellence.
2. Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters teamwork and mutual respect.
3. Recruit, train, mentor, and manage staff members.
4. Handle performance management and implement disciplinary actions when necessary.
5. Organize team meetings to celebrate successes and address challenges.
6. Ensure each customer feels valued and satisfied.
7. Manage financial aspects, including budgeting and forecasting.
8. Monitor and reduce operational costs, such as COGS and labour.
9. Analyse sales data to optimise staff schedules for cost management.
10. Ensure food and beverages meet high-quality standards.
About theStore Manager in training – Healthy Grab & GO
11. Proven experience as an Assistant Manager for at least 2 years.
12. Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
13. Customer service orientation.
14. Strong understanding of business financials.
15. Strategic decision-making skills.
16. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
17. Passionate about food and product innovation.
