Office & Accounts Administrator (Part Time, Remote) £27,000–£35,000 FTE | 15–25 hrs | Remote with occasional travel to Long Bennington Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Office & Accounts Administrator with exceptional Data Protection and Xero accounting expertise. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, detail‑driven and confident working independently within a growing, forward‑thinking business. Essential Experience * Advanced Xero skills – invoicing, reconciliations, financial administration and maintaining accurate accounts * Strong Data Protection knowledge – conducting audits, managing SARs and ensuring compliance * Excellent administration and organisational ability * Confident using Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Office & Outlook * Must live within one hour of Long Bennington and have access to a vehicle Key Responsibilities * Leading Data Protection audits and managing all Subject Access Requests * Managing all Xero accounting tasks, including invoicing, reconciliations and financial admin * Day‑to‑day office administration and process management * Client onboarding and CRM/database maintenance * Supporting the Managing Director with operational and compliance tasks * Managing renewals, subscriptions and Companies House updates Benefits * 33 days holiday including bank holidays (pro rata) * Company pension * Flexible, school‑friendly hours available To apply, please contact Francesca’s Recruitment Ltd
