What’s on offer:
* Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
* Shift Pattern: 4-on/ 2-off
* Shifts: 06:00am to 14:00pm or 14:00pm to 22:00pm
* Weekly Pay (every Friday)
* Full Training provided.

* Temp to Perm (performance related)
Key Duties:
* Change out all bins in both landside and airside areas of Manchester Airport.
* Segregate waste materials in designated service yards according to recycling and disposal protocols.
* Ensure that all waste collection, segregation, and disposal activities comply with environmental and safety regulations.
* Manage and maintain Foreign Object Debris (FOD) bins and oil bins to ensure proper disposal of hazardous materials.
* Monitor and report any issues related to waste management, bin collection, and hazardous waste to the supervisor.
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned areas.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient waste management operations.
* Represent Mitie and Manchester Airport positively by providing excellent service and maintaining professional conduct at all times.
Requirements:
* Physically fit and able to perform repetitive tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy bins.
* Ability to obtain and maintain an airport ID, which includes passing necessary background checks and security clearances.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
* Strong attention to detail, ensuring high cleaning standards are consistently met.
* Great work ethic.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Must be over 18.
* Previous airport and/or cleaning experience would be beneficial.
