Project Manager – Maternity Leave Cover
Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite. Duration: 12 months maternity leave cover. Contract: Fixed term.
Location: Ringwood, Hampshire. Hybrid home working.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 DOE + Profit Share and Benefits. Hours: 37.5 per week. Contract: Full time, Permanent role.

Contracts Manager – West Region
Region: West England – Bristol to Southampton.
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + car allowance, bonus, package. Direct Reports: Approx. 10 team members.
Role: Recruit a Contracts Manager to oversee operations across our client's western region, covering areas from Bristol to Southampton. This role is pivotal in managing delivery for their social housing/planned maintenance contracts. Covering the m3 corridor, this role is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong leadership and organizational skills to make an impact.
Qualifications: Highly organised and strategic individual, previously managed high‑volume, multi‑site operations, effective team leader and client‑relationship skills, background in social housing or property maintenance essential.
