The tole will involve you managing various tax-based projects, including corporate reorganisations, incorporations, share schemes, R&D tax, capital allowances, property transactions, corporate transaction structuring, tax due diligence, and other ad-hoc projects.
A vital part of this role is managing and developing relationships, both within the business and with external clients.
Your ability and desire to involve yourself in the strategic direction of the practice is a must.
There is a clear path to director. Of course, the timeline will depend on you; however, it's a question of when and not if.
