Job Summary
Job Summary/Purpose: The Gemini 3 Group (G3G) is seeking a full-time Senior Program Analyst to support the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA). The Senior Program Analyst will support IT Standards Configuration Management, Modernization, Policies, and Guidance.
Essential Responsibilities/Functions
* Manage the development of strategic business plans and initiatives involving IT Standards governance processes and Standards Development Organizations (SDOs).
* Lead the process of analyzing, reviewing, drafting, updating, coordinating reviews, collecting comments, and adjudicating comments for various IT Standards related documents and data.
* Identify areas to modernize DoD IT Standards support and implement updated business processes to enhance efficiency for the customer.
* Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with project goals.
* Communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, fostering collaboration with the customer and other stakeholders.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
* Ability to understand and contribute to the strategic goals and objectives of the customer.
* Strong analytical skills for identifying problems, understanding business needs, and developing effective solutions for the customer.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with the customer, document requirements, and present findings.
Required Education, Licenses and Certifications
* Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related technical or scientific field. Military experience is acceptable in lieu of education.
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a program analyst.
