* LOCATION: Leeds
* HOURS: Full time
* WORKING PATTERN: Hybrid, 40% (or two days) in our Leeds office
* SALARY: £70,929 - £78,810
* END DATE: Monday 03 November 2025
* LOCATION NOTICE: Wellington, England, United Kingdom (not applicable to this Leeds-based role)
What You’ll Do
* Develop and implement applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Copilot studio) from inception to full delivery.
* Provide expertise in Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns to successfully implement solutions.
* Support and mentor other users of Microsoft Power Platform technology across Lloyds Banking Group.
* Apply Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure services to improve our technological framework.
* Deliver outcomes by managing others and working within established systems and procedures.
* Identify shortcomings and suggest improvements to processes, systems, and procedures, delivering plans under the mentorship of project/programme managers.
* Provide input into the development of IT Security policies and monitor their implementation.
* Define, deliver, and adapt specialized products/services to meet customer needs, selecting the best possible approaches within established systems.
* Analyze specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions.
* Develop product specifications, design testing procedures, and ensure standards are met.
What You’ll Need
* Proven experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, Copilot studio).
* Strong understanding and experience with Dataverse, connectors, and integration patterns.
* Ability to develop applications from inception to full delivery and work effectively with customers.
* Proficient in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure services.
* Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
* Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400) are a plus.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver prescribed outcomes within established data management systems and procedures.
* Dedication to personal development and the growth of others through specialized training or mentorship.
* Ability to deliver prescribed outcomes by working as directed within established knowledge management systems.
