As Support Services Administrator, you’ll play a key part in keeping business functions running smoothly while helping to deliver a welcoming, professional experience for visitors, supporters, volunteers and colleagues. The Arboretum is the UK’s dedicated year-round centre of Remembrance and is part of the Royal British Legion. At its core, the Royal British Legion is a people focused organisation, made up of individuals committed to doing their very best for others while making the most of the opportunities and experiences we provide.
You’ll be a first point of contact for a wide range of enquiries, providing friendly, efficient customer service primarily by phone and email, with occasional in person support as required. Your work will span core administration, membership processing, record keeping and system support, as well as assisting with internal communications and the smooth delivery of events. You’ll work closely with teams across the organisation, helping to maintain accurate data, consistent processes and high standards of service.
