We are currently recruiting for a Shift Production Operative. Our Production Operatives are very important to the smooth running of the business ensuring our products are produced when they need to be, efficiently and on time. You will be an essential part of our manufacturing team and will be working on a variety of processes using automated machinery to produce our parts from foam and fibre.

A great Production Operative at Pritex will put safety above all else, work well within a team and be enthusiastic about the work they do. As a quick learner, you will be flexible to work on different processes, take responsibility for the work you do and always show good attention to detail.

· Production Experience including machine operating experience.
· Knowledge of Health & Safety Requirements
· Experience of working to high quality standards
· Good level of numeracy, literacy, communication and IT skills
This role finishes earlier of a Friday and we have free secure parking on site and a clean and quiet working environment.
Hours of work (Double Day weekly rotating shift (39 hours per week):
Monday – Thursday
Early Shift
Late Shift 14.00 – 22.00
Friday
Early Shift 06.00 – 12.00
Late Shift 12.00 – 18.00
Our pay rate includes the shift premium (Total £13.38 per hour)
