This Production Leader role will see you leading production teams across multiple product lines, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety targets are achieved. You will play a key role in driving continuous improvement, coaching team members, and maintaining a positive and high-performing culture.
The successful Production Leader will work closely with supervisors and senior management to improve KPI performance, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.

* Double Days, 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm alternating weekly
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead daily production activities across multiple product ranges
2. Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and delivery performance
3. Conduct team huddles and maintain KPI boards
4. Coach and develop Production Operatives and Deputy Production Leaders
