Duties and Responsibilities: Act as a trusted partner to senior leadership in order to provide insight and advice on people management strategies aligned with business goals and aspirations. Providing expert professional advice and guidance across the full breadth of the generalist HR remit ensuring that all of our employment practices align with and model our culture, values, policies and best practice. Analyse HR trends, workforce data and business need to proactively recommend HR solutions. Partner leaders to develop their capability to handle a wide range of people management challenges effectively and provide a high-quality service to support wide ranging employee relations issues. Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during periods of organisational transformation. Keep professionally up to date in terms of legislation, trends and best practice to ensure that the client is provided with timely and pro-active advice that ensures we comply with legal requirements across all aspects of people employment and contribute to strategy, policy and practice.
