Key Customer Account Contracts Manager

The Key Customer Account Contracts Manageris responsible for managing strategic customer relationships and overseeing contract execution across key accounts. This role ensures alignment between commercial objectives and supply chain capabilities, driving service excellence, risk mitigation, and sustainable growth. This is a global role.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Account Management
- Serve as the primary supply-side liaison for strategic accounts.
- Works with the multi-sites in Supply to ensure that orders are being processed in a timely manner to meet customers' expectations
- Support quarterly reviews and performance tracking with Global Strategic Account (GSA) teams.
- Ensure proactive communication and issue resolution across customer touchpoints.

Contract Oversight Supply
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal.
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements, delivery timelines, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with legal and sourcing teams to address contractual risks and opportunities.

Process Optimization
- Map and redesign supply processes to support strategic account needs.
- Implement harmonized workflows for order management, inventory visibility, and packaging standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with sales, sourcing, and operations teams to align supply capabilities with customer expectations.
- Support the development of sector-specific solutions
- Contribute to strategic planning and growth initiatives, including inventory optimization, replenishment initiatives and value stream creation amongst the multisite in Supply

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.

Experience
- 5+ years in customer account management, contract management, SLAs or strategic sourcing.
- Experience in oil & gas, industrial manufacturing, or EPC environments preferred.
- Proven track record of managing complex customer relationships and contracts.
